- Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
- Cash payment must be made in person at Shiro Corporation Pte Ltd's ("Shiro") office @ 31 Ubi Road 1 #09-00 Aztech Building Singapore 408694 during operating hours. Please insist on a Shiro receipt for all cash payments. Payment by cheque, made in favour of Shiro Corporation Pte Ltd, can be made by post.
- Shiro will acknowledge your order with the Order Number via email/phone call. If you do not hear from us on the next working day after you have faxed / emailed your order, please contact us at 6594 2233 during operating hours. For any enquiry of your order, kindly contact Shiro and quote your Order Number.
- All orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of your payment. We will process your confirmed order within 3 working days of receipt of payment / clearance of cheque.
- All payment by cash, e-banking and tele-transfer must be received no later than 6 January 2012.
- All orders may be cancelled by Shiro at Shiro's discretion if the payment is not made within the above specified time frame.
- Delivery within Singapore is free. The last date of delivery is 13th January 2012.
- All orders are subject to stock availability. Shiro reserves the right to cancel and/or replace another item of equivalent value depending on stock availability.
- All gift sets are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Shiro Corporation Pte Ltd, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities.
